On 16 December 2025, the ENCJ President Ms. Madeleine Mathieu has addressed the President of the Ninth Committee of the Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura Ms. Daniela Bianchini regarding the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Italy, which will have great impact on the functioning of the CSM Italy and the Italian judiciary as whole.
