At the ENCJ General Assembly in Bratislava on 5th to 7th June 2019 the ENCJ adopted the ENCJ Report on Independence, Accountability and Quality of the Judiciary 2018-2019 which contains the outcomes of the 2018/2019 Survey among Judges on their independence.

The ENCJ also adopted the ENCJ Report on Public Confidence and the image of Justice 2018-2019.
