CSM Romania published its second monthly Infoletter just before the Summer. The newsletter focuses on the entering into force of a new Civil Code, the drafting of a regulation for the appointment to executive positions in the Judiciary and intitiatives taken to strengthen inter-institutional relations and the possible launching of a National Project for Justice.
