On 21 January 2026, the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary (ENCJ), the European Association of Judges (EAJ), and the Association of the Councils of State and Supreme Administrative Jurisdictions of the European Union (ACA-Europe) adopted a joint statement regarding Judges and Prosecutors of the International Criminal Court targeted by sanctions of the USA Government.
