The ENCJ Statutes were adopted at an extraordinary General Assembly in November 2007. The Statutes established the ENCJ as an international not-for-profit association according to the Belgian Law. In June 2022, the Statutes were amended to incorporate the new Code on Companies and Associations. The last amendments to the Statutes were made in June 2024.
